Changing values of society and high-paced development and globalization have placed a great deal of importance on non-profit organizations or NGOs. Corporate social responsibility is slated to play a bigger role. It is estimated that 30 percent of global investments are made in the social sector and therefore funding from non-profit organizations have grown multi-fold. Thus, the need for professionally trained individuals is on the rise. To cater to this need IBMT has established a Centre for Philanthropy. The course is for individuals who wish to take up social service or are already working. The course is divided into four semesters.
