The prospectus is intended to help you choose course of your choice at the Institute of Business Management & Technology, Bangalore. We hope that you have found a course, which interests you. You must read the following Terms and Conditions and to ensure your admission and that you understand them. These Terms and Conditions form the basis of the contract you will enter into with the institution, should you be offered and take up a place with us. On receiving selection/offer letter all interested candidates must confirm their seat by remitting a part of the fee as mentioned in the letter. After having confirmed, if a student withdraws from the course, the fee is forfeited. All students will be required as a condition of enrolment to abide by, and to submit to the procedures of the institute's rules and regulations, as amended from time to time.

At the time of printing, every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the information contained within this Prospectus and is issued on the express condition that all matters in it are subject to change from time to time without notice. While the institution will use all reasonable endeavors to deliver the course and programs of study and other educational services as set out in this Prospectus, circumstances may change, and the institution reserves the right at any time to vary the content and delivery of courses, to discontinue or combine courses, or to discontinue services. The Institute shall not be liable for any damages in case of any regulatory changes outside the purview of the Institute.

Fees are payable for all courses and are subject to review from time to time. In the event a student discontinues his/her studies or withdraws after having accepted the offer for whatever reason(s) all fees paid at the time of registration and subsequently shall not be refundable or readjustable. The institution reserves the right to make additional charges to students for curriculum related / extra-curricular activities if necessary. Details of any such additional charges will be made available from the Administration Department.
